絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)材料(liao)的(de)選擇直接(jie)決定了連(lian)接(jie)器的(de)質量。好(hao)的(de)連(lian)接(jie)器需要(yao)選擇合適(shi)的(de)絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)材料(liao),而是否合適(shi)主(zhu)要(yao)是通過連(lian)接(jie)器使(shi)用要(yao)求來確定的(de),例如材料(liao)的(de)耐候性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)、耐熱性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)、阻(zu)燃性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)、機械性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)、絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)等,光伏連(lian)接(jie)器絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)材料(liao)的(de)選擇是這幾項性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)綜合考慮的(de)結果。選擇合適(shi)的(de)材料(liao)才能(neng)降低產品在較高(gao)的(de)溫升下的(de)失1火(huo)概率。傾角(jiao)變化對(dui)發電量的(de)影響。






光伏電池(chi)的數學模(mo)型:

當太陽光(guang)照(zhao)射到P-N結后,空穴由(you)P極(ji)區(qu)往N極(ji)區(qu)移動,電(dian)(dian)子(zi)由(you)N極(ji)區(qu)向P極(ji)區(qu)移動,形成電(dian)(dian)流。它首先是(shi)(shi)由(you)光(guang)子(zi)(光(guang)波(bo))轉化為電(dian)(dian)子(zi)、光(guang)能(neng)量(liang)轉化為電(dian)(dian)能(neng)量(liang)的過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng);其次,是(shi)(shi)形成電(dian)(dian)壓過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)。多晶硅(gui)經過(guo)鑄錠、破錠、切片(pian)(pian)等程(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)后,制(zhi)作成待加工的硅(gui)片(pian)(pian)。由(you)于逆變器帶(dai)交流負載(zai)會不(bu)穩定,所以建(jian)議(yi)連(lian)接在(zai)蓄電(dian)(dian)池上,另外需(xu)加載(zai)必(bi)要的配電(dian)(dian)保護,以保障系(xi)統安(an)全(quan)性(xing)。建(jian)造系(xi)統地(di)點必(bi)須開闊,在(zai)安(an)裝太陽能(neng)電(dian)(dian)池方陣處(chu)不(bu)得有高(gao)大(da)建(jian)筑物或其它東(dong)西(xi)擋住陽光(guang)。
